“James” by John MacArthur
Do your Monday actions reflect your Sunday worship?  How about your claims to faith?  Is your life full of noticeable changes and actions?  James the half-brother of Jesus, wasn’t impressed with talk.  He knew talk was cheap.  He knew that a life of faith was about action—action that showed a difference.  In his book, James boldly deals with practical issues of faith not bound by culture or place.  James shows the importance of living a genuine life of faith.  He is straightforward.  He encourages, challenges, and confronts.  His practical words are merciful admonitions to live out our faith.

Faith Lessons: Vol. 5 “Early Church & Vol. 6 “In the Dust of the Rabbi” by Ray VanderLaan
Faith Lessons, Volume 5 transports you to locations in Israel and Turkey from which the early Christian church, on fire with the message of Jesus, literally changed the world.

In Volume 6 ,you will follow a rabbi, drink in his words, and be covered in the dust of his feet. So says an ancient Jewish proverb, encouraging disciples to follow right on the heels of their teacher. Discover the first-century practice of a Jewish rabbi and his disciples ("talmidim"), and gain new insight into the message of Christ.

“Godquest” by Sean McDowell and
“Not a Fan” by  Kyle Idleman

“Godquest” is a six-week study that includes topics on defining truth, evidence for God and creation, the Bible, the existence of evil, Jesus, Christianity and other religions. As you explore the truth of Christianity, you will also learn that what you believe about God and truth will affect your daily choices, the path you take in life, and your final destination-for eternity.

“Not a Fan” Twenty times in the New Testament, Jesus issued a compelling and challenging invitation to Follow Him. He’s not interested in mere fans. He doesn’t want enthusiastic admirers. He wants Completely Committed Followers. This is a one-of-a-kind small group study that examines what it means to deny one’s self and truly follow Jesus.
